#asktheexperts for a better height what food items I must include in the diet on a regular basis for a 4 year old girl child?

A. Hello mom mostly height is mostly on ones family genes , though healthy balanced diet which included healthy proteins is good enough and helps , such as milk dairy products as well , fruits such as banana , apples , berries , etc help in building bones and muscles , also vegetables such as carrots , spinach , etc healthy grains like whole wheat , maize etc eggs , soya bean ,fish ,oats , dry fruits and seeds
