#asktheexperts for a 6 month old baby what food should we start with.? can we give cow milk to baby at this stage ? if not then when ? can we give Cerelac to baby ? in summers Is it fine to give an oil massage to the baby ?

you may start withsuji kheer, ir boiled n mashed moong dak, rice boiled wTer.
or can also feed fruit oe vegetable puree in little ount once a day.
