#asktheexperts for 8 month baby how many times solid food to be given and what we can give and in puree form only can we add sugar or salt? please confirm thanks in advance

A. good evening I would recommended to avoid I think salt and sugar up to the age of 12 months and after that it can be introduced to the baby there is absolutely no problem in giving after that
