Calpol maxtra and Sinarist af all these medicines can be given to the child the first one is for fever which can be repeated every six hours second one for cough and cold which can be repeated every eight hours three times in the day for 3 to 5 days and fever should be stopped after three days if the fever is still there consult your doctor
