#asktheexperts Even one month after delivering the baby, my wife is still unable to produce enough breast milk, so we are giving our baby Similac infant formula. We would like to understand what could be causing this and what can be done to help her produce enough milk.

Shatavari powder is good supplement she can try having that three times in the day with warm milk and it will help in increasing her lactation otherwise also I would like to tell you a lot of women cannot produce enough amount of lac no matter how hard they try because the body is not support of it which is very normal to be seen
