Dear Doctor, I am unable to produce sufficient Milk for my baby, what should I do or have to produce enough milk for my baby, please help.

You can’t have really good amount of liquid into your daily diet that’s one of the most important things that you should be looking forward for along with that also I would like to tell you that you should have more of protein and fibre into your diet that is also going to help in boosting and loss and the most important thing that you need to do is to take some support of lactation supplementWrite Your Answer Here
