#asktheexperts even after 8 months of delivering my baby, i am still having severe knee pain( unable to sit down nd get up without support) and severe sole pain after every sleep or sitting idle for long.. also feel tired all the time.. why is it so?? fyi my baby is on formula milk, weaning nd breast milk as well.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Even i had severe backpain and consulted my gynaec..as per her advice i started giving a backsupport while feeding like keeping pillows behind, while sitting...make sure to wear socks o footwear at home
