Try to give varieties of food to the child try to include all kind of healthy food but with different flavour your childhood relation enjoy what you are giving that’s the only way to have proper food habits for the child you should not give junk and sugar food as we give everything so you need to put a hold and control onto the things that you’re giving your child to eat
