#asktheexperts does oral drops for my 4 months old, can make him sleepless? I have observed that whenever I ll give paracetamol phenylephrine hydrochloride and chlorppheniramine maleate oral drops, he becomes more fussy....

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regulgdarize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
