A. yes in moderate amount she can have curd initially. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, green vegetables, sprouts, lots of water

Yes Absolutely if you want to have you can have you should have a good dairy products and protein rich diet in general also so you can definitely go ahead with it this is what I am telling you as per the doctors because a nutritionist do not advise you know how to stop eating anything they say that every thing that you want to eat you can go ahead with it whatever is healthy
