#asktheexperts doctor my milk supply is very low now, not able to feed my baby after 3months due to low supply ,now he is 8 months old.. please tell me what should I do

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. Shatavari powder helps in increasing the lactation you can take it three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be very good for you along with that make sure plenty of proteins and fluids in the diet
