#asktheexperts doctor my baby boy who is 20 months old swallowed a dot pen nib two days ago... he's active,playing,eating,sleeping.....but I couldn't find the nib in his potty... though I am feeding him banana. How long it will take to come out?

A. can wait for next 3 days will come out in stool. More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with the nearest doctor. Take care.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. There is no side effect as such. Please watch for any abnormal symptoms like fever or vomiting in the baby. If it’s there then it is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly. Else no need to panic. Please increase water intake of the baby. Thanks and take care
