A. To reduce weight after delivery, you need to include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet alongwith variety of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning light exercises like brisk walking, breathing and some Yogasanas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
