#asktheexperts Do we need to give any supplements to 3.5 years toddler?

A. that will be decided by the doctor after examination if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving all types of homemade food which also contains all the important nutrients and supplements

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
