#asktheexperts do we need to give 7 moth old any thing for immunity? wat to feed when baby don’t like any thing like cereals homemade and packaged both along with fruits should we wait oreo force for few spoons

Give healthy and nutritious diet, freshly prepared homemade food to increase immunity.
Get ur baby vaccinated well in time as this will increase immunity.
U can give different varieties of food like khichdi, pumpkin puree, mashed potato, over cooked rice with daal, idli etc to ur baby. Take care
