#asktheexperts do newborns clamp before deep latching?? do we have to keep breaking the latch until the baby deeply latches?

A. No you have to actually encourage the child to latch directly because if you keep breaking the pattern the child gets annoyed after a while so I’m just going to advise you currently that you should consult a lactation specialist she will assist you and guide you correctly
