A. dear mum, its not like that. exclusively breastfed babies gain weight in the most healthy way. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

A. mother milk helps in gaining weight it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs you can give vitamin supplement drops as zincovit or A to Z consulting your pediatrician
