ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, its not like that. exclusively breastfed babies gain weight in the most healthy way. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs
you can give vitamin supplement drops as zincovit or A to Z consulting your pediatrician
