1. Increase Healthy Calories (Not Junk)
Give foods that are both calorie-rich + nutritious:
Milk with a little ghee or powdered nuts
Homemade smoothies (banana + milk + peanut butter)
Boiled eggs / omelette
Paneer, cheese, curd
Rice with ghee, dal, sambar
Idli/dosa with ghee
Nut powders (badam, cashew, pista) mixed in food

Include daily:
Banana 🍌 (very effective)
Potato, sweet potato
Avocado (if available)
Dates (soaked & mashed)
Peanut butter / groundnut chikki
Whole wheat chapati with ghee
🥛 3. Milk & Protein Intake
2 glasses of milk daily
Add protein:
Egg (1 per day)
Chicken / fish (if non-veg)
Dal, sprouts (if veg)

Powder do not help in weight gain they only help in meeting the deficiencies in the body because rich in nutrients if you’re looking for weight gain of the child you should take a proper diet chart from a dietician or a nutritionist for good growth of your child
