Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello good morning !! Start semi solid foods once a day - Cerelac,fruit and vegetable purie /mash after checking the suitability of every new food item and rest of the day breast milk or formula milk. Avoid sugar,salt,oil and honey in baby recipes.
