#asktheexperts Dear sir. my daughter is of 9 months old. I'm worried about her weight now as she weighs only 7kgs. please suggest something how she can gain weight. she is so active, plays well. health is also good. but weight is my concern

I Would advise you to start giving protein child regularly along with that if you can consult a nutritionist once regarding the same then it will be great because you can definitely tell you the right kind of food that you should include into your child’s daily diet which will help in overall gain
