#asktheexperts dear experts, kindly share the tips on immunity boosting healthy meals for 2-3 yr old baby.This is much needed during covid times. thanks in advance. :)

A. Yea your right. best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables.Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, MushroomChicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid. Sunlight exposure is must too.
