#asktheexperts Dear Dr. mera beta 5 month 20 days ka hai. Sote hue uski nose block ho jati hai ans uski need khul jati hai. Aisa raat me 2 3 baar hota hai. Kindly suggest what do I do..? regards

A. v or Some running nose or phlem is due to the common cold and flu due to season change . Steam along with other home remedy like maintain baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .

A. Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though).
