Q.

#Asktheexperts Dear doctor, In my 5th month Tiffa scan, placenta is low lying posteriorly, is it is a serious problem, please guide me safety measures and let me know every other thing is normal , i am attaching scan report

A. You are supposed to be on a strict bed rest and you must avoid any type of strain including excessive strain while passing motion and absolutely no inter course. For a very few people the placenta might move up in a couple of weeks and if it still doesn’t happen then it will stay like that onlyWrite Your Answer Here

A. hi low lying placenta Indicates high risk factor. so complete bed rest is advisable. please take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist and strictly follow his advice
