Mam your child is two years old whatever paracetamol currently you are giving to the child I hope this has been approved by the doctor and it is supposed to be approximately 2ML2.5 ML but as you’re managing you are giving somewhere around 8ML 8ML is extremely high please don’t do a mistake of giving such a high dose it can really create massive issues to the child
