Try to make the child sit along when you are eating and offer food from your plate as such
offer variety and add in flavours, make their meal time fun and interesting and avoid force feeding

Rekha GuptaMom of a 5 yr 1 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello dear. First of all, I think you should consult a doctor, but there are tricks like giving food in small portions, avoiding giving them snacks between two meals, and involving them in physical activities

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 10 m old girl1 week agoA. Mam you can do two things currently I would advise you first of all to check with your doctor you can start giving appetite activating supplement which really helps a lot second I’m going to recommend you to get the haemoglobin level tested and last which I feel is very important from the age of five years onwards put the child into a good physical sports activity because these kids don’t have that kind of activity and Free playtime in the ground like we used to have so put your child into Karate gymnastics basketball any sports which you can start in this age which would be good for overall growth and development the appetite will increase the child will eat better and you will see a good growth within six months of time
