You can actually start giving Dal and rice water followed by fruits and vegetables or all kinds make sure to include varieties of dairy products in the diet of your child along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should also go through Baby meal planner and section on the app with which you have a very good idea about the different recipes that you can offer
