Q.
Can anyone suggest baby food or can share any food chart for a growing baby who is for now 7 months old?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can give semi solids like sooji Upma or sooji kheer rice porridge ragi porridge khichdi curd rice and mashed fruit purees can be given and give water sous lentil soups as well

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby semi solid food after six months and can give baby dal soup khichadi daliya suji items ragi porridge mashed potatoes carrots apple and banana.
And give baby three times semi solid food at least.
