#asktheexperts can we start feeding meal to baby at 6 months? if yes then what is ideal food at this stage?

mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food. Take care
