Yes you can give white sugar to the child after the age of one year but jaggery is definitely a much healthier option calories why is it is equal to sugar in the similar amount but it is highly rich in iron and multivitamins if you have an option of replacing white sugar with jaggery that’s definitely going to be good otherwise white sugar can be given
