Sir can I add white sugar in milk for my child. will it get digested. or what happens when adding white sugar

A. hi dear No, adding sugar will not help your child digest the milk any better, but it's likely to encourage a fondness for sugary drinks and foods. When your child starts drinking cow's milk at about one year old, you may be tempted to add a little sugar.
