Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hello! No, water should not be given to the baby before six months completion. The baby should be either given exclusively breast milk or formula milk. Nothing apart from that. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
