A. mam it is advisable to avoid bananas in case of cold. please give indirect steam inhalation to the baby. also massage baby chest nose and throat with kids vaporub. you can also put nasal saline drops in baby nose. please give Patanjali Shavasari syrup in lukewarm water to the baby.
