#asktheexperts can u suggest a healthy diet plan for my kid..Very fussy in eating..

A. Thank u for ur suggestion.. My kid belongs to bengali family so food habit is different...can u plz suggest according to bengali food culture...

A. Hello Kids are generally fussy eaters.that is normal. a single diet plan with same recipes will not work for kids as they will get bored. you can include recipes in kids diet which a re Healthy like idli sambar. vegetable utappa, egg recipes, vegetable soup, chicken soup, paneer paratha, fruit smoothie, banana milkshake, coconut water, date ladoo, oats porridge, oats upma., thalipeeth, puranpoli, dhokla.
