NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child 3 meals in a day and you can include home made cerelac rice well cooked with dal curds ghee banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi khicadi upma kanji which are all healthy and nutritious and good forthe growth of your child also
