then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curds,
later mashed paneer cheese, Vegetable Daliya
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 6 months old baby you can begin with moong dal ka Pani 5 to 6 spoons 2 to 3 times in the day. Do this for 2 days and look for any indigestion in the baby. Increase the quantity if everything remains fine. Also give rice water, watery Khichdi, home made Cerelac, apple pure etc the same way you gave moong dal ka Pani. Good luck and take care
