#asktheexperts : can I use multi vitamin and immunity gunnies for my 3.6 year old son? He is very peculiar eater and hence can I find gummies as an alternative to gain immunity?????

You can give it if you want to give it to your child there is no problem but till the time your child is not going to eat proper food the growth of the weight is and the child is not going to be good it doesn’t matter how many supplements you give immunity may get better but at the end of the day till the child or child is not going to eat food the health is not going to be good
