Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! As per the latest guidelines breastfeeding mothers are allowed to take covid vaccinations. It is advisable to give a gap of an hour between vaccination and feeding. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
