ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes weaning foods can be introduced to the baby now , it’s an ideal age to start . Initially start with liquids for them such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices and then as they tend to accept them well you can move to semi solids and mashed foods
