#asktheexperts can i start giving chapati to my 9 month old baby is it safe to offer full chapati..?

A. Hi, it completely depends on babys appetite. Minimum baby should eat 1 chapati at a time. After that babu eat 2 chapati then thats its really good. Also make sure baby eat all other food groups aswell to make sure baby get all essential nutrients.
