#asktheexperts can I introduce potato and green peas to my 10 month old baby during winter season? (I have not introduced them till now)

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. definitely can introduce both. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, curd rice, oats.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can introduce to your baby after the age of six months and also in winters too. Also give baby sweet potatoes too….
