Yes You can feed both the things but separately not in one mail it is not going to be healthy if you are clubbed together and also when it comes to egg you only have to introduce the yellow part initially and slowly gradually after the age of 12 to 13 months you can introduce Foo lakh to the child not before that so make sure that you’re feeding the right food to the
