ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no need just give healthy semi solid food n breast milk or formula milk. In the addition Vitamin D drops need to be given for 1 year of age.. tc

Gripe water is the completely restricted to be given to the kids they have their own set of side-effects which is my doctors don’t advise to go ahead with giving Gripr water to the child you can actually go ahead with giving another medicine after consulting the doctor but not gripe water
