ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. definitely can drink but not more in quantity, one cup a day is ok. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, n lots of fluids.

You can have green tea tea coffee cold coffee black coffee what ever you want to have you can I am all kind of tea and coffee that you are willing to have two cups per day is absolutely a good amount to go for there is nothing wrong with having tea and coffee throughout your pregnancy and after your delivery after the delivery
