ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. yes you can feed your first baby even during pregnancy with the second child but it would be better to stop breastfeeding after 5 months of pregnancy as after that you and your second baby need more nutrition and in case if that time you continue with the breast feeding your health may get weak
