#asktheexperts can i bottle feed my breast milk to my preterm low weight baby? or should i directly breast feed? which is good for weight gain?

A. Hello! If your child is able to suck directly from the breast, then yes, you can do direct breastfeeding. Else you can express your breastmilk and then feed it to your baby with a spoon or feeder or bottle. Both ways are good for your child healthy weight gain.
