A. Yes, bananas can be safely given to a 7-month-old baby. They are soft, easy to digest, and rich in potassium and fiber. Start with 2–3 small slices or 2 tablespoons of mashed banana once a day. You can gradually increase the quantity as your baby tolerates it well. ✅ Fruits Safe for 7+ Months Baby: Banana (mashed or sliced) Apple (steamed and mashed or grated) Pear (steamed and mashed) Papaya (mashed) Chikoo / Sapota (mashed) Watermelon (small seedless pieces) Mango (mashed, in season) Plum (peeled and mashed) Peach/Nectarine (peeled and mashed) Muskmelon (small, soft pieces) 📝 Always introduce one fruit at a time and watch for allergies. Serve fruits in a soft, mashed, or finely chopped form suitable for your baby’s chewing ability.
