Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes After 5-6 months of c-section you can do normal house hold chores, walking,use stair case as normal.
Feed calcium,iron rich foods for strength.
Although after 5-6 months recovery back pain, stitches pain troubles when you had any heavy work, weight lifting, lot of strain other than that normal climbing stairs, doing normal house hold chores is fine.
