A. avoid exertion. take pain killers. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. U Did mention it clearly as to when did you have your C-section there is no detail about that I would just say that you please consult your gynaecologist once if the pain is much will be able to advise with some cream that you can apply on to the stitches as well as she can tell you the painkiller as well
