Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. white colour of the tongue might be due to either simple coated tongue and if it is not going away by finger cleaning or cloth cleaning and it appears that the child is having pain as well as is not taking feeds then youx will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue. meet dr x
