Hello mom There is only one solution to clean it that you have to clean your babies tongue regularly at the time of giving Baat you can use Babyhug fluoride free toothpaste it is one of the best for babies and you have to use tongue cleaner to clean your babies tongue Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
